Tourism Studies – Post Graduate / Graduate / Diploma / similar preferred
Experience as a travel advisor selling holiday packages (we were looking at a minimum 1-2 years’ experience, but if there are smart candidates we are open to looking at freshers)
Knowledge about geography and travel packages preferred
Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities
Attend to enquiries (call/email/walk-in/digital media) and work towards converting them into bookings (as discussed our focus is on telesales at this point)
Assist Guests to decide on a holiday package that is most suited to their requirements
Identify and follow up with existing and potential guests to increase the number of bookings
Achieve monthly sales target
Monitor targets on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and take necessary action to improve sales conversion
Assist Guests in booking, visa and billing processes and ensure that once a booking is confirmed all aspects of the Guest’s tour is managed personally, correctly and on time
