Job Description
Looking for a CRM developer having 2-4years of professional experience of working in
Microsoft Dynamics CRM who can share our passion for implementing, customizing and
supporting high-quality business solutions for our clients. The CRM Consultant is responsible
for developing and delivering high-quality CRM technical/business solutions to our diverse
client base according to their unique needs.
Responsibilities :
Mandatory Skills: CRM
 Experience: 2+ Yrs in CRM
 Develop and demonstrate strong Microsoft Dynamics product skills
 Develop and demonstrate strong functional skills in areas affected by our applications
 Demonstrate ability to perform requirements, develop design specification documents
and also
 Perform tasks such as configuration, testing, data manipulation and documentation.
 Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an ability to resolve application issues.
 Develop basic understanding of the client/server technical environment, associated
concepts, and MS-SQL databases.
 Where appropriate, undertake delivery of product training in a classroom or on-site
setting.
 Monitor quality measurement and follow up on software quality and traceability
 Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
 Competence Requirements
Experience:
 At least 2-4 years of professional experience of working in dynamics CRM 365.
 Experience from process and information modeling to support business operations
 Experience from hands-on configuration and development in at least 3 CRM system
 Experience from systems integration (EAI) and business intelligence (DW/BI) is
meritorious
 Experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP is preferable but not must. Domain experience
is preferred over specific product knowledge
 Knowledge and skills
 Expert knowledge about AX/CRM products
 Knowledge about information modelling techniques and skills in related tools and
methods
 Skills in at least one high-level programming language used in CRM customization

 Client relationships
 Develops confidence in abilities to interact with client personnel.
 Provides clients with professional quality service. Earn respect of our clients through
demonstration of adaptability, tact, commitment, resourcefulness, and proactive
communications.
 Personality
 Very strong communication and documentation skills in English
 Have self-motivation and confidence and able to manage the stakeholders.
 High level of integrity while still being able to gain and nurture good relations
 Analytical capabilities and creative thinker with product and technology passion
 Maintains attention to the overall architecture landscape and long-term business needs
 Education:
 B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science or similar experience acquired in professional
positions.
 Training in first-line leadership is meritorious.
